Eight Islamic extremists plotted to cause civilian deaths from a terrorist attack on an "unprecedented scale" by using bombs disguised as soft drinks to blow up transatlantic planes, a court heard yesterday.	Investigators pored over charred aircraft parts and flight data Monday as family members of the victims of a commuter plane crash in suburban Buffalo visited the scene.

The crash killed all on board and one person on the ground, the Buffalo News said, citing unconfirmed reports from Buffalo Niagara International Airport.	Israeli F16 warplanes struck on Friday night two targets near Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza Strip, no injuries were reported, witnesses said.
