An interesting article on Newsweek raises the question "Should spouses be able to sue their mates' lovers?" and contemplates why the abolition of laws of "alienation of affection" will not stop heartbroken spouses from putting the blame on third parties, e.g. lovers.	It may seem like a platonic affair, a bit of innocent flirt, but extramarital sexting involves a breach of trust and deceit and has the potential to permanently severe the relationship with your significant other.
