LONDON — British Prime Minister Gordon Brown will appear before the public inquiry into the Iraq war in early March, a spokesman for the probe said on Tuesday.	Crucial evidence about the reasons Britain went to war against Saddam Hussein is being kept secret it has emerged – leading to accusations that the Iraq inquiry has been “gagged”.
