Gehry-designed New York theatre to open by 2012

A new theatre designed by Toronto-born architect Frank Gehry will go ahead in New York's theatre district after the city increased its contribution to financing the project.

Team California took the early lead today in the 2009 U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon by winning the Architectural contest.
