TCC Capital Land Management led by Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat (center), CEO & MD, presided over the auspicious topping up ceremony at the condominium North Park Place, an exclusive serviced residence on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road. The ceremony was held as a propitious omen for the condominium project and its future residents.	Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat, CEO & MD, together with Mrs. Wallapa Traisorat, Executive Director of TCC Capital Land presented the two awards of Thailand Property Awards 2009: Best Developer, the greatest of all categories, and Best Housing Development Bangkok for The Royal Residence. The award presentation has been recently held at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel. The two awards are regarded as the 17th & 18th recognition since the company has been established.

TCC Capital Land has launched Villa Asoke Phase 2 at the event “The DiverCity Asoke” held on 31 October 2009 at Ball Room, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). At the event only, special promotion “One Day One Price on High Floors” - one price per sqm. for every unit on the top 10 floors - was offered to customers. A variety of exclusive activities included healthy fish spa with Dr.Fish from Turkey, Make-A-Bear activity in Kid’s Zone and DiverCity D.I.Y. by making own signature key chains & T-shirts. Besides Villa Asoke, other interesting TCC Capital Land’s projects were also exhibited at the event such as The Empire Place on Narathiwat Road, The Emporio Place on Sukhumvit Soi 24 and North Park Place on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road. Villa Asoke Phase 2 Presale event well impressed all the participants.	Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat, CEO and MD of TCC Capital Land, disclosed that after the company was successful with the 1st-phase presales of its latest condominium “Villa Asoke” on 26 September, the project has received an overwhelming public response. 70% from 408 units in Phase 1 were sold within a day and many buyers registered their interest in Phase 2 on the presales day. The company, therefore, decided to launch the 2nd phase comprising 117 units on Saturday, 31 October 2009 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Starting today (19 Oct.), customers can register their interest online via the company’s website to participate in the queue draw activity.
