RICHMOND, Calif. — Two teenage brothers wounded during a brazen shooting inside a Northern California church were cooperating Monday with police in the search for a hooded gunman and two other suspects.	Yes, the Lower Mainland's real estate markets hit a downturn last year, but that's not to say there aren't still some must-live neighbourhoods that have bucked the trend of lower sales and falling prices.
