Harlem is Getting a Mall

Though plans to move forward with a massive retail project in Harlem had apparently stalled earlier this year when shopping center developer Kimco had reportedly failed to secure enough financing, it seem that the project is back on: The Wall Street Journal reports today that Kimco has set its sights on a 110-year-old building on the corner of 125th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem.
