Venezuela announced on Sunday 80 companies that have failed to reduce power usage, will be cut off electricity for 24 hours, as the South American country is trying to save energy amid an electricity crisis.	WASHINGTON (CNN) -- U.S. political, business and environmental leaders urged the nation Monday to act quickly to build a unified, national electricity grid, both to diminish the impact of global warming and to boost the economy.
