Samsung Heavy Industries is building the world's largest luxury residential ocean liner. The Utopia will be offering some 200 families the option of buying homes aboard, thus making them permanent voyagers. The residences will go on sale in this year.	Eastman Kodak Co. and Samsung Electronics Co. agreed on a licensing pact that will give each company access to the other's patent portfolio.
