Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) issued its biggest-ever security fix on Tuesday, including repairs to its ubiquitous Windows operating system and Internet browser for flaws that could let hackers take control of a PC.	Every year PC Magazine compiles a list of Best Free Software. This year's collection contains 196 programs sorted into 30 categories, all of which cost nothing.

The organizer of the Pwn2Own hacking contest claims that Windows 7 is found to be more secure than Snow Leopard, and that Safari will be the first browser to fall victim in the upcoming hacking contest. Not all hackers agree that Windows 7 is more secure than Snow Leopard.	Microsoft (NSDQ:MSFT) on Monday launched its Windows Azure cloud computing platform as a paid service, but smaller companies are unlikely to be among its first customers. That's because Azure doesn't currently include a pricing option that makes sense for smaller applications.
