A janitor at a Brooklyn middle school has been busted on charges he repeatedly raped a 13-year-old student in the school's basement, officials said Tuesday.
Ambiorix Rodriguez, 32, of Sunset Park, allegedly attacked the girl numerous times at the Middle School of Marketing and Legal Studies in East Flatbush, starting in September 2010 and continuing through January 2011, cops said.
Sources say the girl told authorities about the assaults, and Rodriguez was arrested late Monday.
Rodriguez has been charged with rape, sexual abuse and criminal sex act. He was awaiting arraignment early Tuesday.
School officials said Rodriguez, who had employed since 2000, had been fired and his name placed on a "do not hire" list.
