A former manager for Consolidated Edison pleaded guilty Friday to accepting hundreds of thousands in bribes over the past several years.

The Justice Department said James Woodason admitted to being part of two different conspiracies.

As part of the plea deal, Woodason will pay restitution to Con Ed. He faces prison time on separate charges.
