A Brooklyn home health aide was convicted Wednesday of abusing an 86-year-old woman. Elizabeth Peters was caught on home surveillance video abusing an Alzheimer’s patient she was supposed to be taking care of in her Bensonhurst home.

In it, she is seen pulling the victim away from a chair that she was leaning on, causing her to fall.

According to the District Attorney, Peters then left the victim lying face down on the floor for about 20 minutes while she watched TV. She is then seen on video dragging the victim across the floor by her ankles several times.
