10-year-old Brooklyn boy Khalil Robinson hit by stray bullets as he watches TV
Khalil Robinson was inside his Blake Ave. apartment near Linton Park in East New York when gunfire outside sent two slugs through the window about 9:20 p.m., cops and family said.
"He was shot once in the neck and once in the shoulder," said the boy's stunned mother, Ruesenia Robinson.
"It's my son," said Robinson, 29. "We're just trying to deal with this as a family."
Witnesses said the gunplay began in the street between two groups of young men.
"There were three boys walking down the block, and they were shooting at two other boys," said Leah Williams, 20, adding that she heard about six shots after she ducked out of the way.
