There was an outbreak of risque business in SoHo Thursday as a bevy of beauties and boys with buff bodies suddenly began prancing around in their underwear.

"I feel like a real woman," 27-year-old actress Mia Perovetz declared as she raced past startled onlookers clad in hot pink panties and a floral pink bra with lace pink trimming. "This is fun."

Nate Steinwachs looked less certain about the fun part as he marched up Crosby St., relieved he wasn't wearing tighty-whities.

"I am wearing boxers, I got off easy," the 37-year-old actor said.

The sexy stunt was dreamed up and videotaped by filmmaker Jason Stein for an unnamed "international apparel designer and retailer." Gawkers were encouraged to take pictures.
