EMT Awaits Arraignment On Rape Charges

Investigators say Angus Pascall, 33, was arrested after the most recent victim wrote down the license plate number of the car he was driving.
Three victims also picked him out of lineups.

Police say Pascall had access to a universal key, often called a “fireman's key.” Investigators believe he used it to stall an elevator at the Kingsborough Houses - where an 11-year-old girl was sodomized at gunpoint.

A sketch of Pascall was circulated after that attack, which took place on July 11th.
