Congressman Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) is afraid that the U.S. Territory of Guam is going to "tip over and capsize" due to overpopulation.
Addressing Adm. Robert Willard, commander of the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet, during a House Armed Services Committee hearing on the defense budget last Friday, Rep. Johnson said, "My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize."
Adm. Willard paused and earnestly said: "We don't anticipate that."
