Brittany Murphy took hundreds of pills a month
According to TMZ, Murphy used an alias, Lola Manilow Murphy, at a Los Angeles drug store for two years.
Eddie's Pharmacy eventually stopped supplying her with medications 4 months before her death.
The owner of the drug store told TMZ he cut Brittany and her family off because, "We thought there was going to be an accident there."
Murphy was prescribed hydrocodone (Vicodin), clonazepam and Klonopin (anti-anxiety), and Vicoprofen (a Vicodin/ibuprofen combo), according to pharmacy records.
All the prescriptions had been issued by Dr. Richard Kroop, whom was visited by authorities Friday afternoon, TMZ reported.
