Ohio man arrested for tattooing a 1-year-old
20-year-old Lee Deitrick, of Stark County, Louisville, Ohio, has been accused of inking a non-removable tattoo on the back side of the little girl, which only says “A”. He is charged with felony child endangerment.
Deitrick, who is not the father of the toddler, has previous criminal records involving arson and domestic abuse.
If found guilty, the suspect could be sentenced to a minimum of 5 years in jail.
