CB RICHARD ELLIS THAILAND ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS FOR RESORT PROPERTIES TEAM

Effective from 1st February, CBRE has promoted Ms. Prakaipeth Meechoosarn (Khun Pet), General Manager- Resort Property to a Director. Ms. Prakaipeth has been working with CBRE since the company opened its Phuket branch in 2004. She has been a key part of the resort sales and marketing team and has been involved in the sale of many top-end villas in Phuket including Andara, Sri Panwa, Trisara and Laemsingh Villas.  She now heads the resort residential sales team. Despite the slowdown in the resort property sales, Ms. Prakaipeth has been able to complete several major transactions of luxury villas and condominiums in Phuket last year and has maintained CBRE’s position as the leading international agent in Phuket and Samui and has successfully launched the Conrad Koh Samui Residences. 

          Ms. Preeti Tanwani, an integral part of CBRE Thailand’s resort marketing team in supporting Mr. David Simister, Chairman and Ms. Prakaipeth has been promoted to Associate Director. She has been working with CBRE since 2006 and has been involved in the design development, marketing consultancy of many top-end and branded residences and the planning and implementation of sole agency marketing plans on projects including Shangri-La’s Phuket Resort & Spa, W Koh Samui Residences and Conrad Koh Samui Residences. In addition, she also runs regional and international PR of Thailand’s resort markets.
