Jim Carrey becomes grandfather at 47; Posts first photo on Twitter

American actor Jim Carrey has become a grandfather, at the age of 47, after his daughter Jane Carrey, 22, gave birth to a baby boy at a Los Angeles hospital on Friday, a few days ahead of her March 3 due date.
The proud granddad posted a photo of the newborn on his Twitter acount.
He wrote: 'Jackson Riley Santana, My Grandson, Born today! This is what 7lbs.11oz. of California dynamite looks like!'
Both mother and baby are said to be doing well.
Baby Jackson is the first child for Jane and her husband, Blood Money frontman Alex Santana, who married last November.
When Jane announced the happy news last July, Carrey – who split from Jane's mother, his first wife Melissa Womer, in 1995 – predicted his daughter would be a fantastic parent.
He said at the time: "Jane is going to be a great mom."
The actor could not hold his excitement back earlier last week.
"Something beautiful is right around the corner! ;^)" the actor wrote on Twitter Tuesday. Then, on Friday morning, he tweeted an addendum, "right around the corner! ;^)"
