Jobs That Pay $100,000 or More
"Merchandise Director
This unnamed Las Vegas luxury fashion company is looking for someone who can basically figure out what merchandise the company should sell. In other words, it's like shopping on someone else's budget.
Pros: The job pays $140,000.
Cons: The right candidate can't be just about clothes. You also need to understand budgets, inventory, sales, retail, and customer service—and have at least five years of experience working in retail operations or merchandising management."
Or here's another personal favorite of ours:
"Music Therapist
An outpatient group in Nashville, Tenn., is looking for a psychiatrist familiar with music therapy. They want someone as committed to the blues, gospel, and jazz as they are to their patients' mental health.
Pros: Flexible schedule in a Southern city known for its great quality of life. The pay is also $175,000.
Cons: The ad does not specify the type or name of the outpatient facility."
