Google's New Mobile Shopping Application Enables Users to Search by Voice

Google has launched "Google Shopper," a new application for Android mobile phones that offers various different ways to search for products.

The application is powered by Google Product Search.

Users can search by voice, take a photo of cover art of a book, CD, DVD, or video game; or scan a bar code to get detailed product information, reviews and price comparison.

Users are enabled to save their history and favorites for later shopping. They can also share links with friends by directly posting them to Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Instant Messaging, etc.
