Next Generation Nissan Micra to Debut at the Geneva Motor Show
Set to replace the existing model, which has been around in most markets since 2003, the new Nissan Micra will take on the likes of the Honda Jazz, Mazda 2 and Ford Fiesta.
The new Micra will be the first from the Nissan stable to ride on the company’s all-new V platform, which will also feature under the next-generation Renault Clio.
Sales will commence in Thailand immediately following the Geneva Motor Show with European sales expected to follow by Q3 this year.
US and Australian sales are not expected until the 2012 model year (MY12) begins production in late 2011.
