(1) A U.S. Marine eats a scorpion. (2) Another marine eats a lizard (3) and a third one drinks the blood of a cobra. (4) A female marine holds a cobra by the tail. (5) A U.S. marine gets ready to bite into a frog during the Cobra Gold jungle survival exercise. About 14,000 military personnel from six nations are taking part in Cobra Gold, the largest U.S.-led war games in the Pacific.
