Frank DiPascali Jr., a key lieutenant to convicted Ponzi-scheme operator Bernard Madoff, and his wife have agreed to give up his New Jersey home in order to help satisfy a $170 billion forfeiture action by prosecutors.

According to a court filing made public Monday, DiPascali's wife and all other occupants have agreed to vacate the home in Bridgewater, N.J., by Monday, so that it and all salable personal property may be sold by the U.S. Marshal's Service to help satisfy the forfeiture.

The personal property, includes a home theater system, multi-station gym and circuit-training equipment, a snowblower, artwork, two all-terrain vehicles and a blue and white Yamaha motorcycle, according to the order.

A lawyer for DiPascali didn't immediately return a phone call seeking comment Monday.

DiPascali, 53 years old, pleaded guilty to 10 criminal charges last August, including conspiracy, securities fraud, investment adviser fraud and international money laundering. He is cooperating with prosecutors.

He has been held without bail since his guilty plea. In December, his lawyers renewed their request that he be granted bail pending sentencing.
