Study: Phoenix home prices 'at or close to bottom'
Measurements of Phoenix-area home prices year-over-year by month are falling at a continually slower pace, according to the report.
Valley home prices fell 37 percent between February 2008 and February 2009, 35 percent between April 2008 and April 2009, and preliminary estimates show a 31 percent drop between June 2008 and June 2009.
