U.S. President Barack Obama was caught yesterday apparently "surveying" the beauty Italy can offer. France's Nicolas Sarkozy, who stood beside him smirking at the G8 summit in Italy, was either enjoying the view as well or the thought of what Mrs Obama - and the rest of the world - would have to say about this photo.
