SRS Real Estate Partners Welcomes Newest Team Members - SRS - Real Estate Agent - Phoenix


DALLAS - (Business Wire) SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the addition of five new team members to their Phoenix office. Michael Polachek, Brian Polachek, Ryan Eustice, Bryan Babits and Sami Carroccio are the newest additions of the SRS Real Estate Partners team.



Prominent broker and veteran to the industry, Michael Polachek, will serve as executive vice president. Brian Polachek and Eustice are both senior associates and Babits joins the team as an associate. In addition, Carroccio will assist the team as a marketing specialist.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael Polachek started Polachek Realty Advisors in 1991, which in 2003 merged with principals of Red Development to form RED Realty Advisors. He brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and was one of the first in the retail industry to specialize in tenant representation. Previously, Polachek served as the State Director for Arizona and New Mexico for the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC).
