AIG bonus outrage becomes an issue in New York's 20th Congressional race - AIG - bonus


Candidates running for the seat in New York's 20th Congressional district are using AIG's controversial $165 million post-bailout bonuses to bolster their positions on the stimulus bill.



Republican candidate Jim Tedisco says the stimulus includes language that protects companies like AIG that accept government money and want to award bonuses — as long as they were agreed to before Feb. 11. He first announced his rejection of the stimulus Monday.
