Internet Week New York returns in June
Organized by the International Academy of Digital Arts &
Sciences and the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting,
the event's inaugural edition drew an estimated 12,000 people to
more than 80 events, according to organizers.
Returning event partners include Time Warner, the Webby Awards, Thrillist, PaidContent and Digg, while Silicon Alley Insider is among the companies joining the festival this year.
The early program lineup for the June 1-8 outing includes a breakfast panel series hosted by Time Warner, an event dubbed Silicon Alley Insider's Startup 2009, an evening with Diggnation, as well as the 13th Annual Webby Awards.
