Chimp in Swedish zoo named 'Santino' hoards stones to attack people
The rage-filled ambushes by the burly beast, named Santino, backfired because his aim was lousy, but his anti-social behavior offered a new twist for animal experts to study.
Researchers were surprised at how Santino built an arsenal of stones to throw, stockpiling pieces of concrete from the walls and cracked stones littering his confines.
Once a big crowd gathered, the premeditating primate would throw his projectiles at the unsuspecting gawkers, wildly hurling them across a moat.
