NASCAR team owner Ballew arrested on DUI charge - Billy Ballew - NASCAR


NASCAR Truck Series team owner Billy Ballew was arrested for drunk driving at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Wednesday night.



Ballew, whose No. 51 Toyota truck is scheduled to be driven by Kyle Busch in Saturday's American Commercial Lines 200, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he was arrested on AMS property in Hampton, Ga.

Ballew told the paper he was arrested on the racetrack property. He acknowledged he had a mixed drink with him in the car when arrested by a Henry County sheriff's department sergeant. He said he refused to take a breathalyzer test.
