La Bottega
La Bottega serves the freshest rustic Italian cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you prefer to dine in your room, 24 hour room service is available. La Bottega also offers take out and delivery.


Matsuri
Matsuri, with Chef Tadashi Ono’s noted cuisine, is a celebration of Japanese food. Fresh fish and organic grains are flown in daily from Japan. The menu, which changes seasonally, includes such standouts as thinly-sliced fluke sashimi with red pepper and ponzu, Sake Black Cod and yellowtail sashimi with ginger vinegar sauce. The menu has more than 200 kinds of sake, including Daruma, a special house sake made by a renowned sake brewer.
